  • Kelly Williams

    Co-Owner/President

    Kelly and her husband, Skip, founded AllCare in 1998. AllCare provides personalized in-home care services to seniors and disabled citizens in Charleston and the surrounding areas. Prior to establishing AllCare, Kelly spent over 20 years working in the healthcare industry in multiple leadership roles. She is a proud member of many local community organizations such as the Summerville Rotary Lunch Club, Rotary Club Auxiliary, Summerville Chamber of Commerce, the Aging in Place Coalition and the Lowcountry Senior Network.

  • Skip Williams

    Co-Owner/Vice President

    Skip has over 20 years combined experience in retail management, food industry, home health and real estate development. Skip's primary responsibility is managing the business side of AllCare. He is the Past President and current member of the Summerville Rotary Evening Club. He and his family are members of St Paul's Episcopal Church in Summerville, where he has been on mission trips to Honduras to support an orphanage, Mississippi for Katrina rebuilding efforts and to Haiti to support a sister church there. Skip and Kelly have two daughters, Brooke, a graduate from the University of South Carolina now working in the hospitality field, and Megan, currently attending the University of South Carolina.

  • John E. Emmel, MD.

    Consulting Physician

    Dr. Emmel attended both undergraduate and medical school at Brown University in Providence, RI. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. Although he had an office practice in the 1980s, he has concentrated his career on geriatrics, specifically in relation to skilled nursing facilities. He has been seeing patients in nursing facilities for over 30 years as an attending physician and has served as Medical Director at several facilities over the years. Believing that the future of care of our seniors will increasingly need to include medical care at home, Dr. Emmel has joined AllCare Living Services as a Medical Consultant and his group is now engaged in providing home visits for patients who have difficulty getting out of the home for medical care.

  • Mary Ellen Schall, RN

    Registered Nurse

    Mary Ellen is from Ann Arbor, MI which is where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Eastern Michigan University. In Michigan, she worked at the VA for 24 years in a variety of areas including Surgical Intensive Care, Radiology and Research. She worked her final 10 years at the VA doing "house" supervision where she supervised all clinical areas of the hospital. Since moving to South Carolina 8 years ago she has worked in the home care environment of both hospice and home health. In addition to working with seniors at the VA and in the community, she has experience working with individuals on the Autism spectrum. Mary Ellen and her husband Ron have 2 sons, Brandon and Curtis. She enjoys reading, photography and documenting family memories through photo/video projects.

  • Tauna Longest, CDP

    Community Outreach

    Tauna brings over 35 years of marketing and sales experience, which includes payroll, Disney licensing, industrial supplies and retail sales. She really enjoys being out in the community, interacting with other business leaders and our clients. Tauna is a certified Dementia Dialogue instructor.  Certified through The Office for the Study of Aging, Arnold School of Public Health, University of South Carolina. Tauna teaches these classes to the caregivers and members of the community to help better understand people with Dementia and Alzheimer's. She is married with two children and two grandchildren. She loves spending time with her family and riding Harleys with her husband.

  • Rachel Cole

    Project Coordinator

    Rachel was born and raised in Summerville and attended Wofford College in Spartanburg for her bachelor's, then The Academy of Art for her Masters. Rachel was with AllCare Living Services from 2008-2014 and has come back to help on special projects. She is recently married and her family grew with her husband and his two teenage boys. Along with the two boys, they have two dogs. Rachel enjoys event coordinating and nonprofit work as well as photography. She also enjoys traveling and exploring other cultures. Rachel has a diverse business background from the corporate level to small business ownership, which gives her a wide spectrum of business experience to bring to the table.  

  • Shelly Wright

    Client Services Specialist

    Shelly was born and raised in Columbia, SC but moved into the Summerville area as a young adult. Shelly is compassionate, loyal, and fun loving, which makes her a great fit on the AllCare team as a Client Services Supervisor. Shelly has her CNA and phlebotomy certificate, which allow her the ability to really relate to what is going on with our clients and caregivers. Shelly is married with five children and one grandchild and enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors during her free time. Shelly greatly enjoys photography and working with photos on all levels, including making her own frames. She loves making a difference in peoples’ lives, which makes her great at what she does.

  • Sam Eby

    Client Services Specialist

    Originally from Illinois, Sam is already growing roots in the Tri-County. Her passion is for helping others in their hardest times. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from North Central College in Naperville, IL, and is continuing to advance her leadership skills. In her free time, she enjoys reading, painting, and cuddling with her dog. She finds herself happiest when surrounded by sand and sunshine.

  • Sharon Singleton

    Sharon joined AllCare Living Services in March of 2016.  Sharon has a combination of 20+ years of office experience in Human Resources.  Currently Sharon’s goal is to bring energy, laughter and positive customer service to the front office. 

    In her off time, she enjoys reading, antiquing and spending time with family, friends and her two cats.
