  • We Learn About You

    It all starts with the initial phone call. We take the time to discuss, in depth, what you need in a caregiver and explain the assistance our caregivers can offer. We explain our payment options and provide resources if needed. At the end of the call, we can schedule our FREE in-home assessment with you to help develop an in-depth care plan.

    We do a thorough in-home assessment, learning about the needs of your family member or loved one.  Whether they need personal care assistance or Alzheimer's/dementia care we can match them with the perfect caregiver. 

    We also offer caregivers that are Certified Dementia Specialist and offer dementia care along with our personal care services and transportation.

  • We Walk You Through The Care Plan

    Our care plan is designed to be as detailed as possible in order to match you with the right caregiver. During our FREE in-home assessment we develop the detailed care plan to help find the perfect caregiver for you. The care plan is then given to the caregiver upon accepting the shift in order to prepare them as much as possible before arriving at your home.  Once the caregiver is selected, we will call you to let you know which caregiver will be assisting you or your loved one. We know the needs of our clients can change daily and we can reflect that with updated care plans. If ever at any time you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us (843) 832-9888.

  • We Find The Right Caregivers

    Based on the FREE in-home assessment, what we've learned about the needs of your loved one or family member, and the care plan we've created we will match your needs to our caregivers' strengths.

  • We Provide On-Going Support

    We will follow up to ensure that the caregiver that was selected is truly a fit for you or your loved one. We have a nurse supervisor that follows-up with our caregivers about the care plans and adjustments that may or may not need to be done. We can communicate with you as often as you would like. We have ongoing contact with the family and have supervisors that follow up in the field as well.  Our staff is always available by phone to help whenever you may need it.
