Meet Our Staff AllCare focuses on a team-oriented approach that enables us to provide comprehensive, personalized health care services to individuals with mental or physical limitations. We accommodate clients that have long or short term needs, including new mothers and visiting family members. Our services are provided 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. We have proudly served the Tri-County and surrounding areas of South Carolina since 1998.
Our Caregivers and Professional Support Staff are RN trained and supervised; our caregivers are qualified to provide care in accordance with all state and federal licensing rules and regulations. Each Caregiver is certified by the American Red Cross in CPR and First Aid. Kelly Williams is the Owner and President of AllCare Living Services, Inc.She and her husband, Skip, founded AllCare in 1998 to provide personalized in-home care services to seniors and disabled citizens in the Tri-County area.Prior to establishing AllCare, Kelly spent over 20 years working in the healthcare industry in multiple leadership roles.She is a proud member of many local community organizations such as the Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, the Aging in Place Coalition, and the Lowcountry Senior Network.She has received numerous community honors including recognition from the Charleston Post & Courier for“Ourstanding Service to Seniors”.
The Charleston Regional Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” for outstanding leadership, again in The Journal for the “Roaring 20’s” recognizing AllCare as one of the fastest growing companies in the Charleston area and recognized by the Summerville Journal Scene as one of the Top Women to Watch.Kelly and Skip have 2 daughters.
Skip Williams, Owner and Vice President. Skip has over 20 years combined experience in retail management, food industry, home health and real estate development.Skip’s primary responsibility is managing the business side of AllCare.He is a member of the Summerville Rotary Club and he and his family are members of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Summerville, where he goes on annual mission trips to Haiti, Honduras and Mississippi.
Frank Price, Chief Operating Officer. Frank joined the AllCare team “officially” in 2008, but has played a crucial role since the start up in 1998. Frank brings many years of managerial experience in the retail sales, petroleum and food & beverage industries. He has owned restaurants, real estate development firms and has extensive knowledge in the insurance industry. Among Frank’s many roles at AllCare, he is actively involved with hiring, managing, and scheduling all the caregivers and establishes and maintains all the policies and procedures. Frank is married with 3 children and enjoys boating and camping in his spare time.
Jean Ertzberger, LPN. Jean has worked in the nursing field for more than 30 years.She has experience in areas of general nursing, family medicine, occupational health and has spent the past six years working in geriatrics and the home health field.Jean presently serves AllCare in a variety of areas, including skills training and nursing assessments.Jean is happily married and enjoys reading and music.
Tauna Longest, Public Relations Specialist. Tauna brings over 35 years of marketing and sales experience with her to AllCare, which includes payroll, Disney licensing, industrial supplies and retail sales. She really enjoys being out in the community, interacting with other business leaders and our clients. She is married with 2 children and 2 grandchildren and loves spending time with them and riding Harleys with her husband..
Rachel Sheridan, Client Supervisor. Rachel came onboard with AllCare in April, 2008 as a part-time billing and payroll clerk. Within months, she was promoted to full time and expanded her role to include scheduling and client services. She is from the area originally and graduated from Wofford College in 2004 with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and then also obtained her EMT certification and CPR Instructor certification. Rachel enjoys spending her free time working with the fire department, volunteering with her sorority and traveling. She also enjoys spending time at home with her 2 dogs.
Melinda Price, RN. Melinda has worked in the nursing field for approximately 10 years. She has experience in several physician offices, as well as the hospital setting, and has been with AllCare in various roles since its inception. She has served as a client companion, care manager, and now, RN in the home health industry. Melinda is married and has three children and enjoys spending Frank's money, traveling, reading, shopping, and spending time with her family.
